A few things to know before you order:
- Made just for you: Adding stitching makes your item customised, so returns for change of mind aren’t available. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights if your item is faulty or not as described.
- Send us your measurements: After placing your order with your chosen stitching service, send your order number, product number (shown at the bottom left of the product image) and measurements through our contact us form. Please send these within 24 hours so we can keep your order on track.
- Allow a little extra time: Please allow an additional week for stitching and delivery.
- Need plus-size stitching, Queen? We’d love to help you find your perfect fit. Before placing your order, send us your chosen product number (shown at the bottom left of the product image) and measurements through our contact us form. We’ll check whether your chosen design can be tailored to your size and provide a personalised quote. The stitching prices below still apply, with any extra fabric costs quoted separately for your chosen product.
- Every design is a little different: Some garments may have limitations due to their fabric, embroidery or construction. Where this affects your requested stitching, our tailor will use their professional judgement to choose the most suitable approach for the garment, keeping its fit and finish in mind
